Mari Pat is the author of the book and software "The Presenter's Journal: A tool for making presentations memorable" and the book and training video, "Great Openings and Closings: 28 Ways to Launch and Land Your Presentation with Punch, Power and Pizazz."

Speaker, author and educator, Mari Pat Varga is a faculty member of both DePaul University and Columbia College and is a current member and former board member of the National Speakers Association of Illinois. Since 1985, she has been Managing Director of Varga & Associates, Inc. and presents her Creative Communication Programs to corporations, small businesses and business associations both domestically and internationally.
