In addition to his consulting work, Michael is asked to speak at numerous association and corporate meetings nationwide. His programs offer a rare mix of expertise, interaction and humor. While a large number of his speaking engagements are in the healthcare arena, Michael is also frequently requested as a speaker for a broad range of fields. He has spoken for The National Institutes of Health, Frito-Lay, Texas Instruments, and Mastercard International just to name a few.

Michael has written over 50 articles for professional publications and is the featured work/life columnist for the member publication of the Employee Services Management Association. He is often quoted in publications such as the Chicago Tribune for his views on workplace issues and is the author of a book and companion audiotape series on life management issues for busy professionals.
