Nancy is a pioneer in both the areas of women in law enforcement and teaching personal safety to all ages. She was one of the first women in the nation to patrol in a one-officer squad car on all three shifts and, as a Crimes Against Persons Detective, Nancy cleared more than 85% of her felony assault investigations (the national average is 49%).

This background provides the basis for her engaging programs on Leadership, Motivation, Change Management, Resilience, Customer Service, Negotiation Skills, Human Relations, Media/Communication Training, Conflict Management, Stress Management, Workplace Violence and Personal Safety.

She appears on-camera as an expert and commentator for the NBC St. Louis affiliate and has been a media spokesperson for AT&T. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Relations and in The Administration of Justice and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
