- The E.C.S. (X) Factor (Part II) - Going to the Next Level - The E.C.S. (X) Factor Training Part II begins where Part I ends. Participants analyze their communication skills and learn how to improve them. The goal is to improve communications at work and with everyone in their lives. Why? Because clear communication sends a very clear message that says, "I really care about my customer, my co-workers and my job." The objectives of this session are to reduce stress, reduce mistakes and head off tomorrow's problems TODAY. Participants leave this seminar better able to communicate more effectively at work, at home and with everyone in their lives.
- Stress Management: Learning Hot to Get It Done With Ease - We all have at least one thing that really stresses us out. Successful stress management starts with a close examination of your personal beliefs, thoughts and conclusions and an understanding of how they accentuate the basic structural causes of your stress. In this workshop, you'll learn how minor changes in your personal daily behavioral patterns can have a positive impact on reducing your stress. You'll also discover easy and achievable ways to stop your identifiable, stress-inducing "bad" habits and how you can replace them with "good" stress-relieving behaviors. You'll come away from this workshop more at ease with yourself, with a more positive attitude, armed and ready to handle whatever stressors come your way!
- Effective Communication Skills : Talk is Cheap, But Real Communication is Priceless - Think you communicate well with the people you work and live with? Think Again! Research has shown that 75% of the people in our daily lives do not communicate the same way as we do, which is why communication remains such a huge issue. In this workshop, you'll discover the four basic communicative/behavioral styles and learn when to flex your style during encounters with both your internal and external customers.
- Leadership: Leading a Team Effectively & Efficiently - For an organization to be successful, employees must come together and strive to reach a common shared goal. The driving force behind this effort is the leader. This workshop will give you and your managers, supervisors and team leaders the opportunity to observe and analyze how effectively they lead their teams and how their peers and other team members perceive them. You'll also lean the "Rules of Eight" by discussing the eight common mistake managers make and the eight things that effective leaders do.
