Simon is an accomplished author. His latest book, Release Your Brilliance, has received rave reviews. He has authored one other book - Simon Says Dream: Live a Passionate Life. Simon also played an integral role in the Disney Institute book - Be Our Guest: Perfecting the Art of Customer Service. He has been interviewed extensively on television and radio. Articles about him have appeared in numerous publications, including Florida Trend business magazine which ran a feature story on him and selected him as its "2002 Trendsetter."

Simon Bailey's expertise in leadership, sales and customer service was honed over two decades. Simon first achieved success as "Manager of the Year" with Hyatt Hotels and National Account Manager for the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau. He became Sales Director in the Resort division of the Walt Disney Company, leading the team that procured international group travel contracts. He then joined the Disney Institute as a customized program consultant, where he designed and delivered programs to organizations at Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney World Resort. Simon was subsequently promoted to Sales Director for the Disney Institute, managing accounts for organizations worldwide.

Bailey graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Life Christian University and earned a master's degree from Faith Christian University. He is also a graduate of the Rollins College Executive Management Program. Recently, Simon was given an honorary doctorate for his global impact. He was chosen as "Speaker of the Year" by the San Diego, CA chapter of Meeting Professionals International and was inducted as an honorary member of the University of Central Florida chapter of the Golden Key International Honor Society for his service to and impact on the community.

He serves on the boards of numerous organizations, including Health Central Hospital Foundation Board, a $130 million hospital with 1,500 employees, and the Greater Orlando Leadership Foundation. Simon was selected Central Florida's "Man of the Year."
